She's supposed to be based off fireworks. She kinda is in a way with those glowing rings. .3.
I want to keep her so bad....but I won't. Since I think ring tails are somewhat energtic I thought it'd be good to use that species for the 'fireworks.'
As a plus I like when their in pony tails...so yeah :I
